At Dallas Designer Handbags, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery provided the security tag remains attached and the item is in its original condition.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or visit our returns portal to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure the Security Tag
Ensure the original security tag is still attached to the handbag; items returned without the intact security tag or in a different condition than sent will not be accepted.
Pack and Ship
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging with all included accessories and certificates, then apply the provided prepaid shipping label to the box.
Inspection and Refund
Once our luxury experts inspect the item to verify its condition and authenticity, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
